Booking
If you would like to make a booking enquiry for Carduus Morrison, please consult our online availability calendars (see below for how to do this), mark the dates that you require (if they are free) and email us on mail@carduuspartnership.co.uk.

Booking procedure. If your dates are available and you wish to proceed with a booking, we usually require a deposit of 20% to secure the booking(unless the booking is imminent - within the next month - in which case, we would require full payment of the total amount).  Payment can be made by cheque, BACS bank transfer or securely online using a credit card via PayPal.  The balance is due six weeks before commencement of the booking.

Terms and conditions of business
Self-catering apartments. Full terms and conditions of business are available to download here.  The key points are:

  • A contract of booking is made when we have received your booking details and the reservation deposit and we have confirmed the booking to you.
  • Any hirer of the accommodation accepts that smoking is NOT permitted under any circumstances in any apartment and that if evidence of smoking is found in any of our properties, we reserve the right to make additional cleaning charges of up to £100 to the hirer
  • All guests MUST check out before 11am on the day of departure.
  • Cancellation - In the event of cancellation a full refund will given, less a £25 administration charge, where we are able to re-let your requested dates. However, when this cannot be achieved the following terms and charges will apply -
    a.  6 months prior to arrival – full refund
    b.  60 days or more – 25% or minimum £75 deposit charge.
    c . 30-59 days – 50% of full amount.
    d. 29 days or less – full rental fee.
  • Check-in time at the apartment for collection of keys is between 2.30pm and 4.30pm on the day of arrival.  Any arrival time outside this time period is strictly by special arrangement with Carduus Partnership.
